Background

The visual analytics component of ACUITY was previously communicated as REACT – REal time Analytics for Clinical Trials, as of February 2022 the Open source version is referred to as ACUITY.

ACUITY is a clinical data visual analytics tool for data analysis, exploration, and hypothesis generation which provides integrated and interactive views of the clinical trial data. ACUITY presents a set of data driven interactive visualisations which allow data interrogation at both the individual subject and study population level.

Its intended for use in early data exploration and hypothesis generation to identify signals of interest on emerging trial data, therefore information taken directly from the visual analytics component of ACUITY should not be used in publications, regulatory submissions or as input to regulatory reports unless considered validated by your own internal methods.
