Maintenance and Support

The DCR team will support any installed instance of the Protocol Deviation DHP on a best efforts basis. This includes installation advice, troubleshooting issues with the tool, and providing end user guidance for using the tool in the most appropriate manner.

We will notify known users about new releases and give appropirate inststructions on upgrading the tool and the database.

It is expected that instutuions will keep underlying operating system updated in accordance with software vendor guidlines.
