Using the Spreadsheet for AI Categorisation

Make sure that you follow the File Requirements.

  1. Open both your data and the Spreadsheet on your computer at the same time.

  2. Copy and paste the mandatory SITEID, STUDYID, and DVSPONDES columns from your dataset into the corresponding columns in the spreadsheet. Be careful not to overwrite the existing column headers. To ensure this, do not copy any titles from the dataset, and paste the data into the grey-coloured cell just below the relevant title in the spreadsheet.

  3. Leave the DVCAT, DVDECOD and DVTERM columns blank. These columns will be populated by the tool.

  4. DVENTC and DVENTCVIZ columns are non-mandatory, but you can use the dropdown function to select relevant information if you would like to monitor protocol deviations over time.

  5. Export the file as a .csv file.

  6. Continue to Data Upload.
