Reviewing PK data quality in VA HUB
The principles of reviewing the data for success in VA HUB are as described in the Data Loading section of this training material.
When reviewing data quality in VA HUB remember that the plots available will be dependent on what data has been mapped and what permissions a user has been given
Check the event filter has populated with correct information from source data files – remember the information populated will be found across the three files: PK concentration, Specimen collection and Stacked PK
Perform some visual checks on the data and track some source data values to the visualisation to check the data is as expected
