Dosing & Exposure (PK)

This section will describe how to map, load and check Dosing and Exposure (PK) data in REACT, ADMIN UI.

The Dosing and Exposure view allows a user to investigate pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters for the study drug

Up to three tabs are available on the dosing and exposure view:

  1. Analyte Concentration Over Time

This plot presents analyte concentration time dependence

One plot per analyte is displayed

Time from Administration (Hours) (x-axis) is based on the scheduled (nominal) timepoints not the actual sampling timepoints

The plot will only display if one of the non-mandatory fields: Protocol Schedule Day, Hour, Minute are mapped in the Specimen Collection data mappings

2. Dose Proportionality Exploration

The plot allows investigation of analyte concentration and duration of analyte in the subject's blood

One plot per analyte is displayed

3. PK-Response Exploration

Presents the dependency between Stacked PK Results and RECIST response (response to treatment)

One plot per analyte is displayed

The plot will only be presented if the user has:

a) Oncology package permissions

b) Recist1 and Recist2 data has been mapped and loaded into Admin UI

For more information about the different tabs and the data they represent refer to section 5.2 in the VA HUB Guide
