# Dosing & Exposure (PK)

The Dosing and Exposure view allows a user to investigate pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters for the study drug

Up to three tabs are available on the dosing and exposure view:

1. **Analyte Concentration Over Time**

![Analyte Concentration Over Time](/files/mbONwXh6HYBgN8muAcgg)

This plot presents analyte concentration time dependence

One plot per analyte is displayed

Time from Administration (Hours) (x-axis) is based on the scheduled (nominal) timepoints not the actual sampling timepoints

The plot will only display if one of the non-mandatory fields: Protocol Schedule Day, Hour, Minute are mapped in the Specimen Collection data mappings

2\. **Dose Proportionality Exploration**

![Dose Proportionality Exploration](/files/mQpOKHcU7EEsPWanfwN2)

The plot allows investigation of analyte concentration and duration of analyte in the subject's blood

One plot per analyte is displayed

3\. **PK-Response Exploration**

![PK-Response Exploration](/files/y6SYpqW4ESd88WZJ8aYP)

Presents the dependency between Stacked PK Results and RECIST response (response to treatment)

One plot per analyte is displayed

The plot will only be presented if the user has:

a) Oncology package permissions

b) Recist1 and Recist2 data has been mapped and loaded into Admin UI
