Mapping and loading the PK concentration data alone will not generate the dosing and exposure view in VA HUB
The PK concentration data is one of the two files required to generate the dosing and exposure view in VA HUB
This is the first of the two files required to generate the Analyte Concentration Over Time plot
Specimen identifier – the source data column in the PK Concentration source data file must contain the same data for specimen identifier in the Specimen Collection source data file
Treatment/protocol dose – this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the Nominal Treatment Dose
Aggregation functions: the appropriate date format which represents the date format in the source data file must be selected
