Recist assessment summarised (recist2)

This page describes the Recist assessment summarised (recist2) data mapping, with key points, in addition to what data you visualise in VA HUB.

Last updated 3 years ago

This data is the second of the two files required to generate the tumour response view in VA HUB

Mapping and loading Recist2 data in addition to Recist1 (target lesion) will generate the Waterfall and Target lesion diameter over time plots

The data type to be selected is Recist assessment summarised (recist2)

Recist2 data is required as a separate source data file to recist1 (target and non-target lesion)

RECIST2 (target lesion) Mapping Table

Any New Lesions Since Baseline โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains this data, the column must be populated with yes or no to be mapped and loaded

New Lesion Date of Scan/Clinical Examination โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the date of the scan.

RECIST Response โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the response. This data is used for the colouring of the bars on the waterfall plot

Investigator Opinion Agrees with RECIST Response โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the investigator response, the source data must contain text as yes or no for the data to be mapped and loaded

Assessment frequency (weeks) - this field should be populated with a default value to represent the assessment frequency in weeks and used to determine the assessment weeks for the x-axis on the plots

Aggregation functions: the appropriate date format which represents the date format in the source data file must be selected
