Recist non-target lesion assessments (recist1) data

This page describes the Recist non-target lesion assessments (recist1) data mapping, with key points, in addition to what data you visualise in VA HUB.

The recist1 (non-target lesion) data is required to be mapped if this data is to be visualised in VA HUB – mapping this data results in options in the event filter in the tumour response view and also appears in the Single Subject view

The information for target and non-target lesions can be loaded as one combined source data file or two separate source data files

The data type to be selected is Recist non-target lesion assessments (recist1)

Non-Target Lesion Date of Scan/Clinical Examination – this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the date of the scan.

Note, these dates cannot be future dates nor can the field be NULL

Site of Non-Target Lesion – this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the site of the non-target lesion (where the lesion is located)

Any Non Target Lesion Present – this field should be populated with the source data column which contains this data, and the data must be text – yes or no format

Aggregation functions: the appropriate date format which represents the date format in the source data file must be selected
