Tumour response data

This page describes what data you visualise in VA HUB and describes some key things to note when mapping tumour response data for visualisation of the three different plots.

As with other data the tumour response data also has mandatory and non-mandatory fields to populate

These must be mapped to the correct source data file column

The data visualised in the dosing and exposure view in VA HUB will be dependent upon the data which has been mapped into ADMIN UI

If all three plots in the tumour response view are required for study analysis, then up to seven data types (source data files) are required to be mapped and loaded into ADMIN UI:

1. Recist target lesion assessments (recist1)

2. Recist assessment summarised (recist2)

Both the above 1 & 2 are also required for display of PK-Response Exploration plot in the dosing and exposure view

3. Recist non-target lesion assessments (recist1)

4. Chemotherapy information (caprx)

5. Radiotherapy information (caprxr)

6. Disease Extent

7. Pathology

In addition, oncology package permissions in VA Security need to be granted to enable an authorised user or user group to access the plots

The tumour response plots visualised in VA HUB are dependent on the data types that have been mapped and loaded into ADMIN UI.

Waterfall Plot

Data types required to visualise plot:

Recist target lesion assessments (recist1)

Recist assessment summarised (recist2)

Additional mappings (data shown using filters and in Single Subject view)

For non-Target lesion assessments Recist non-target lesion assessments (recist1) mappings are required

The information for target and non-target lesions can be loaded as one combined source data file or two separate source data files

Target Lesion Diameters over Time

Data types required to visualise plot:

Recist target lesion assessments (recist1)

Recist assessment summarised (recist2)

Prior Therapy vs. Time on Compound

Data types required to visualise plot:

Chemotherapy information (caprx)

Radiotherapy information (caprxr)

Additional mappings (data shown using filters, DoD and in Single Subject view)
