Recist target lesion assessments (recist1) data

This page describes the Recist target lesion assessments (recist1) data mapping, with key points, in addition to what data you visualise in VA HUB.

Last updated 3 years ago

The recist1 (target lesion) data is one of the two files required to generate the tumour response view in VA HUB

Recist1 (target lesion) is the first of the two files required to generate the Waterfall and Target lesion diameter over time plots

The data type to be selected is Recist target lesion assessments (recist1)

RECIST1 (target lesion) Mapping Table

Target Lesion Date of Scan/Clinical Examination โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the date of the scan. This date is used to determine baseline and post-baseline assessments.

Note, these dates cannot be future dates nor can the field be NULL

Target Lesion Number โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the unique lesion identifier within a subjects target lesions data. The data from this field is used for identifying missing target lesions.

Only entries where lesion number is 1 โ€“ 5 or T1 โ€“ T5 can be used as source data for this field

Site of Target Lesion โ€“ this field should be populated with the source data column which contains the site of the target lesion (where the lesion is located)

Longest Diameter of Target Lesion - this field should be populated with the source data column which contains longest diameter of target lesion and is used in the calculation of the bar height in the waterfall plot

Aggregation functions: the appropriate date format which represents the date format in the source data file must be selected
