These tables detail the fields required to map demography, visit and dose data
There are mandatory and non-mandatory fields that can be mapped, the mandatory fields must be mapped in order to create the basic visualisation in VA HUB. In addition aggregation functions will apply to some of the fields in these tables
This is the first of the mandatory files which must be mapped. Mandatory and non-mandatory fields apply as will aggregation functions

This is the second of the mandatory files which must be mapped, again mandatory and non-mandatory fields apply as will aggregation functions
TRAINING VIDEO: This training video shows an example of how to map patient visit data
This is the last of the mandatory files which must be mapped, again mandatory and non-mandatory fields apply as will aggregation functions
One thing to note when mapping the dose data file is that although the data field Dose unit is non-mandatory this field should be mapped against the source data file to make the data more meaningful
