Adding new users

In order to use REACT a user needs to be added to REACT and assigned an appropriate role to allow them to perform the relevant activities within the system.

Prior to users being added to a REACT an e-mail address needs to be associated with a user, as described on the User Access page

Once a user e-mail address has been associated with an Azure identity then a user can be added to REACT

Global Administrators can add users and assign roles within the system.

This is done by clicking the ‘cog’ icon in the top right hand corner of the VA Security homepage and selecting the Edit Trained user option from the drop down list

Upon selection of Edit Trained users the following screen will appear, here a new user can be added to REACT

It should be noted that as the screen is populated new fields appear
