Data load reports

Accessing the data load report presents information on the last 3 loads. Making a load selection from the list presents the different reports available for the selected data load.

There are 4 different reports which can be presented:

  1. Exception report: provides a user with list of exceptions that arose during ETL job execution. If the Exception report is not empty, then the upload status is Failed

2. Source data table report: A set of upload statistics for every REACT data table for the given ETL run on the study data. Only includes 'mappable' data tables, these are tables which were mapped in the clinical study setup in Admin UI

3. Source data field report: a set of upload statistics for every REACT data field, based on whether the mapped data column in the raw data was successfully accessed and uploaded - Only includes fields that are mapped in the clinical study setup in Admin UI.

4. Source data value report: a list of the data values where each row represents a single mapped data value for which there has been a problem parsing or uploading that value into the specified REACT data field

No errors

Error classification type 5

an error of type 5 where only one of either the number of unique subjects for the study in the source data table row is zero, or the number of unique subjects in the REACT data table row is zero

No errors

some but less than 50% of the values were not parsed due to classification type 4 errors

the data file is missing (classification type 2 error), the mapped column is missing (classification type 3 error) or more than 50% of the data values are of the wrong type

an error of type classification 6 but not classification type 4, meaning that the value was parsed from the input data and uploaded to the system

more than 50% of the values were not parsed due to classification type 4 errors.
