Data load statuses

The data load report provides details on the status of your load. A data load summary section is shown at the top of the page with information on the last 3 uploads.

There are four data load statuses:

- ETL job completed without errors/warnings

- ETL job completed with warnings - these can be reviewed and don't have to be resolved as long as you understand the implications

It's useful to note that sometimes this can be warnings that have no impact on the the data visualisation but a result of information not matching across different tables in the the database

An area to be aware of when loading data is that there is a potential bug in the system with this error where it indicates that the study name in the source data file does not match in configuration of the drug programme. If data is loaded and presented correctly and you have checked the criteria required in the configuring a dataset section, then this error doesn't have to be resolved. It often isn't resolved even after extensive troubleshooting due to the potential bug in the system

- scheduled ETL job was skipped because source data was unchanged - if the source data file has no new data then the system will not load the data and skips that data load

- ETL job failed -the data failed to load
